Accessibility statement

The standard we build to

This site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA, the technical standard that European accessibility law is based on. That includes, on every page:

• Text you can resize, with strong colour contrast throughout.
• Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
• Headings, landmarks, and labels that work with screen readers.
• Forms with visible labels that your browser can fill in for you.
• Reduced motion when your device asks for it.
• Articles you can listen to as well as read; the full text is always on the page.

How we test

Automated accessibility checks (axe-core, the industry-standard scanner) run against every page template before design changes go live. This statement is reviewed whenever the site's design changes.

Known limitations

• The enquiry form includes a third-party security check (Cloudflare Turnstile). We have made it announce itself to screen readers, but its inner workings are not ours to fix; if it blocks you, every page also shows a phone number and email address.
• Embedded maps are provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible; the written address and directions are always beside them.
