Healthcare and Family Law Specialist

Michelle qualified as a Solicitor in 2010.  She joined the firm in 2021 having previously worked for a top 10 law firm in Dublin on the Healthcare team. Her practice consisted mainly of employer’s liability, public liability, defamation, product liability and medical negligence claims. She has extensive experience running trials in the circuit and high court.

Michelle developed a broad base of litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience having previously worked for a number of years as a Lawyer in a civil litigation firm in Toronto. Her practice consisted mainly of personal injury catastrophic claims. She weekly attended mediations, arbitrations, and pre-trial settlement conferences and appeared before the courts for trial.

Michelle also works alongside our Hillary Molloy advising clients on family law matters, in relation to separation, divorce and all aspects of family law. In particular, Michelle advises clients who are considering surrogacy.
